Ask for feedback on how my actions affect other people's performance.
Listen for feedback. Actively listen to diverse points of view.
Reflect intentionally. Ask, "What can we learn?" when things don't go as expected.
Know your priorities, and identify measurable milestones that keep projects moving forward.
Consider working with a coach and/ or mentor.
