Success in most ventures require a group effort. No one can do it alone. Successful leaders invest in creating relationships based on trust and common goals.Identify two key relationships you believe will be important in your efforts to become a more effective leader. Invite those two colleagues to coffee or lunch. Explore the goals you each are working on, and how you might be able to help each other succeed – even if you goals appear to be competing.
