Shared values make a difference. The route to commitment begins by clarifying personal values; however, the greatest accomplishments are possible when the leaders, and their team members, share common values.

Ask yourself these questions:
• How clear am I about the values and guiding principles that govern my decisions and actions when challenged?
• What have I done today that demonstrates my values?
• To what extent do others on my team share these values and principles?
