A leader’s responsibility is to impact vision to results by coaching for potential and building capacity in others. According to Stephen Covey, “Effective leaders create a culture in which team members can say, ‘I am a valued member of a winning team doing meaningful work in an environment of trust.’”
Take action! In every interaction ask, “What can I do in this moment to share leadership – to make others feel more empowered, more competent, and more confident.” Help your team members find their voice.
