Start your day with a plan. Spend the first 15-30 minutes of your Monday organizing your thoughts and tasks.
Create a prioritized task list. This list can be created on the Friday, prioritizing tasks for your Monday.
Calendar time in your schedule for specific tasks, including time for thinking, reflection, and planning.
