As the leader of your team, it is important to demonstrate how their values and interests serve the long-term vision of the organization. A leader’s responsibility is to develop loyal supporters and committed contributors to this vision.
Try this. Reflect on the last speech or conversation you had with your team. Note two-to-three techniques you used to communicate your vision. Write a clear and concise statement that summarizes how the team’s values, strengths, and talents align with the vision.
