Tip #66: What Do Effective Leaders Do?
When I think of the best leaders – those who I have worked with, admired, and/ or followed, these are the things that have inspired me.
Effective leaders are visionaries and can paint the picture of the future. They set the example and engage their teams by leveraging talent. Leaders also do the following:
Empower their team members and employees to ask for help.
Accept that challenges and problems are part of daily life.
Build a “team culture”
Take some time this week to reflect on your leadership effectiveness.
