Tip 109: Leverage Your Why

When we are challenged, it is important to rely on, leverage, and communicate our why. This is your purpose, the meaning of your work, and the reason you keep showing up each day.

To leverage your why, reflect on and identify the following:

  • Personal values that align with team and organizational values

  • Relationships and connections with your colleagues

  • How you are making a difference in your work environment

  • Team support, development, and celebrations

Take some time this week to reconnect to your why so you can give voice to it in an inspiring way.
