Leadership is about establishing relationships, and relationships are built on a foundation of trust and cooperation. According to Stephen Covey, “Trust is the highest form of human motivation.” As you consider this quote, how would you gauge the levels of trust and cooperation within your team, department, division, organization, and work community?
