How often to you ask for feedback? What kind of feedback do you ask for? And what do you do with the information you receive?

Effective leaders understand that just about everything they do and say impacts their direct reports’ lives and performance. Because of this, they want to hear unvarnished feedback so they can proactively help team members reach their full potential.
