Inspiring action requires the coach to determine what is compelling enough to move the leader to do something. In many cases, you are working with leaders to change their leadership style, try something new, experiment with a skill, communicate differently, and act in ways that lead to new behaviors. Determine what it will take to inspire action and empower the leader to make a change in how they model the way, inspire a shared vision, challenge the process, enable others to act, and encourage the heart.
