Tip #15: Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is a necessary skill set for managers and leaders, at all levels of the organization. Leaders need to think critically and strategically so the organization is not left overwhelmed by the turbulence of change. Two reflection questions to consider:

1. How developed are your strategic thinking skills?

2. Are you coaching your team to develop their strategic thinking skills?
