Leaders see in their mind’s eye what is possible, and what the future could look like if everyone works together. They describe a compelling image so that vision comes alive for others.
Consider drafting a personal vision statement. Seek constructive feedback by inviting colleagues to comment. Once you have your vision statement where you want it, share it freely with team members. Speak energetically about what the future holds for you and your colleagues.
